- None. Too many things were added to the char progression to allow low star (+ gear) chars to be truly viable with very few exceptions. Those exceptions are always limited to support chars that are only used for 1-2 key abilities such as Gideon for his TM reset or Armorer to hand out the beskar armor (to name 2 recent chars). For other chars that are attackers or tanks there's no place as they will lack the dmg or survivability in an environment that's full of relic chars with 6E mods.
It would be fantastic if CG would revisit the g12 and 6E mod restriction and change them to allow lower star chars to have at least some viability, f.e.:
1) access to g12 (and all g12+ items excluding the finisher) for non 7* chars
2) access to 6E mods (but no 6D-A mods) for non 7* chars "Legend91;c-2240846" wrote:

Completely agree. I think the way they accidentally crafted Hux is perfect. G12 should be allowed before 7 stars. There's a steep jump from g12+0 to relics at this point. Letting a 4-6* reach flat g12 seems reasonable. That allows some viability out of pre-7* toons without giving a major advantage. Plenty of modes still have star restrictions still as well.- MasterSeedyRising VeteranI don't know about elsewhere, but Dark Trooper has the buff sharing, TM bumping and a couple other crucial pieces of kit that would make it excellent in GB:Conquest.
Because it can't be defeated or destroyed while it has Trooper stacks, it can take initial hits, and then reform with one less stack, and then get the stacks back with its special b/c of the way the prevalence of cooldown reduction data disks, and multiple turns in a row from Veers/Piett interactions. The special spreads buffs, which grants TM under Veers lead. Honestly, Dark Trooper could replace Starck if you're having trouble getting an undergeared Starck to survive an opening volley. - There is not really a low gear viability in this game at this point. If there is 1 for your roster, it will be fleeting in your game progression.
