Hey I just unlocked the node for Darth nihilus to be farmable. How long will it take for me to unlock him? Thanks guys.

Depends (of course) on how much you invest. 8 attempts per day should net you 2.66 shards per day average over the length of the farm.
Assuming you are starting at 0 shards, that is right around 124 days to 7*.
A single crystal refresh of the node (currently only 25 crystals) cuts that time in half.
