Speed over time doesn't exist. That's the first thing I've noticed. And if it doesn't mean anything to anyone, this and the entire things you've done here are looking "made-in-5-seconds" to me.
Why special damage when Vader doesn't get that much special damage ?
Buff immunity everywhere, the fact it cannot be dispelled is just a lacking idea to make it sounds like DoTs...
If Vader will be reworked (and I hope he will !), he certainly need more assets against rebels. And he needs a Unique or Two to be an antagonist to CLS while EP whould be one against ROTJ Luke.
I would be far more satisfied if he got a unique that grant new debuffs on target while they have DoTs / any debuffs, such as one that would make debuffed opponents not able to counter, assist or that would lower their damage.
