I cant wait for a Vader rework right now, cos' CLS is way too OP. If we look at the duel between Vader and Luke in the Empire Strikes Back, it was a joke, and nearly flawless victory for Vader.
I think these shold work quite good for him:
1 - Basic attack (Terryfing swing) - Deal Physical damage to target enemy with 80% chance to inflict ability block for 1 turn. Jedi and Rebel targets cannot Evade or Resist the effects of this attack, and this attack deals double damage to Jedi and Rebel targets. If target has allready a negative effect, inflict stun for 1 turn.
2 - Special 1 (Force Crush) - Deal Physical damage to all enemies and dispell all buffs on them. For each buff dispelled , inflict the opposite debuff, and inflict speed down and 3 damage over time effects for 2 turns.
3 - Special 2 (Culling blade) - I think it is good at it is.
4 - Special 3 (Force Choke) - Deal Special damage to enemy, dispel all buffs on them, and inflict stun, and 3 damage over time effect on target enemy for 5 turns. This attack cannot be resisted or evaded by Jedi, and Rebel targets.
5 - Leader (Inspiring through fear) - It is good at it is.
