If you have a full relic fleet I'm sure you got the GET fleets aswell.
But of course you can also keep going with rebels, I'd make sure to use HT then.
Nego is pretty crap in this challenge. I have a full relic Nego fleet and couldn't clear last tier, since you can't really land the debuffs and daze it's terrible.
Malevolence is easy though.
When testing my Nego I cleared it 1st try just like Male.
