Generally agree on what has been suggested already. You are still missing many solid teams. Chasing after more GLs and the latest GL fleets might be premature.
Go after the GAS requirements might be the best choice for you at the moment. It will also bring you closer to the negotiator fleet. You already have one GET ship. Negotiator would give you more flexibility for fleet offence in Carbonite. Finalizer is a good offensive fleet, but it has its limits (especially vs debuff-heavy fleets like Malevolence). If your opponents in GAC sets Malevolence on defense (like you), you better have other options (like negotiator).
