I don't know if this will stick but it seems so...my LB is pretty competitive and well ahead of the gg report as it moves fast to shifts ... but where I was the only DV user, we now have 5 DV in the top 11 and 1 Tarkin lead - just 2 Rex - 2 QGJ and 1 GK.
Apparently the guys with Chaze / GK / R2 / Ahsoka teams are having some legit problems and looking to make a switch as they are losing vs. these squads.
The Tarkin squad is the 2x CD version with Thrawn + GK ... it's very solid.
The DV versions are SA based and some have Thrawn and some don't - I haven't put Thrawn in my team yet, still using Tarkin. I actually want to say that Tarkin and now Thrawn has leveled the playing field and ... are they now ahead?
I've been running a tankless DV squad for a few weeks now and as I put more speed / mods in them as I go the rank holds better and better (SA now humming at 272). Stayed at 2 overnight yesterday, been hanging top 10 fringe at worst.
Bottom line, I think folks really need to look at the DV / Tarkin leads again - especially if you have some decent mods with speed, the setups can be very punishing.
