Tbh Tarkin is not that bad now, his debuffs can easily pass through a tenacity up buff which is not bad against a Chaze team (especially since Chirrut is way faster than him).
I don't think they did a good job with imperial soldiers work but Veers and snowtrooper rework seem pretty nice to me, some Imperial Lando is a nice addition. Deathtrooper was already good and magmatrooper/stormtrooper are still quite bad.
