Like others have said, the zFinn team is very good at HAAT. You should be able to throw down 2-3 million in P2 (10-15%). So it is by no means a waste.
In arena they are in a tough spot right now because the resistance team needs to go first, and that is very hard to do in the current meta with how prevalent Zaul is. You can still come from behind and win but it's harder than it was. Arena was much easier for resistance before Zaul took over the current meta.
