Most Americans dont want facts. There is an obvious subvariable unseen that allows fine tuning without people getting up in arms. Even a 5 year old would understand that concept.
To prove my point of hidden variables....
On release Sion was immune to CLS stun. My data has 0 CLS stuns on SION for 4 weeks. Then all of a sudden Sion starts taking CLS stuns at a 50 percent rate. Not 53. Not 43. 50 exactly. Hidden manipulation of code and variables.
