Does anyone use Emperor Palpatine's 'Let the Hate Flow' in Arena?

i use it. you really dont want to use the aoe stun right away. I make sure i get shock on every enemy first, starting with the tanks. I then use let the hate flow to extend the shock for 2 turns to deal 5% damage to everyone which might kill some people due to all of the shock damage that was dealt when applying to debuff. I then follow up with the aoe stun right after that because EP will be 100% turn meter gain after reapplying shock to the entire team.
