Does anyone use Emperor Palpatine's 'Let the Hate Flow' in Arena? I know his 'Power of the Dark Side' is used first, because multiple Stuns. Just curious about this other Special he has. Also, do...

I use it if I don't have Qui-Gon and there isn't anyone (tanks, Anakin, etc) in desperate need of shocking. I think the ai only does it when Palps needs healing, though
