Does anyone use Emperor Palpatine's 'Let the Hate Flow' in Arena?

Using this is actually a strategy against Wiggs. It eats into health directly bypassing protection meaning that Wiggs will lose the 60% offense bonus (but become faster). Granted stun is a much better opening move, this can still bring down some of the burst as a 2nd move.
