Does Han Solo need speed like other characters?
He usually shoots first and his special gives him tm which enables him to use basic attack again. Does speed still matter for him? Does he need High speed mods?

Nope. Anything less than 220-30 speed in all parts of the game is almost pointless. If you can't hit that number don't bother with speed and focus on garbage and other stuff that might save your rear end like tenacity or potency.
It's depressing putting your fastest mods and see that toon clock in at like 190 while your enemy is laughing at you with his 300+ robotic mutant speed freak BB8.

Tenacity never saves anyone. If you're equipping that, you're already missing out.
