Does Padme make all galactic republic characters good?

haven't tried CUP yet, but JKG is an absolute maniac under Padme. She is so dang slow that when she gets a turn she has at least 20 stacks of courage, and one shots the world. Her basic is awesome be...

I swear to God the best animation in the game is JKG's basic when it oneshots someone.
