Does Talzin synergize with Zader?
Has anyone tried this out? Curious if with a Zader lead if the plagues will not fall off since they're a damage over time ability.

There are some interesting 5ths to a MT lead team.
I think MT lead is better as you will land more plague. Dot helps and will not go away, as you can't cleanse while plagued. Unfortunately plague is removed when health is full so dot will be removing protection and not help hold plague.
Another good 5th is DT, mass uncleansable healing immunity also another debuffer to help out.
