I do both locations, I do the 50 reset on both, and sometimes all the way up till I get to the 200 reset. So I think that is a 50 + 3 100's. So 700 crystals just on the resets,.
Doing that is 384 energy, so divided by 120 is 3.2 refills. Which cost 50+50 +100. So another 200.
So in a day I spend 900 crystals on just Anakin, and get 7-10 shards. Not a great return, but I want him bad :)
PS: Dooku should be about the same, though Dooku is 12 stamina, instead of 16 I believe. So it should cost you less on refills.
