That doesn't mean he doesn't need a nerf. He is game breaking and since everyone can get him so easily that just further proves that he needs a nerf. You can star him up that easy which mean he gets overpowered that much easier. He is definitely a troll toon and I refuse to use him on the premise that that I don't use cheat codes in video games.
