I can follow your explanation but imho it´s a fault in the game and the attack order / fight calculation. The normal calculation should be first on the attacker and as the reason from the debuff, the accurancy is 0. All calculation after that is also 0.
I understand your point, this concept is not part of the game. What you think of would mean that any attack could miss, even if you don't have foresight and the enemy isn't blinded. This would cause a lot of RnG pain. Right now, there is only the chance to crit, no chance to miss.
