Echo Bug

Echo has a 30% chance to assist any character when they use a BASIC attack on THEIR turn, 60% if it's a clone. Echo is double-tapping assists when 5''s counter-attacks 2x. It keeps my team above 50% tm and I can't complain, but it does not follow description.
