Anybody have any idea when Echo shards become available this week in the Chromium packs? Not that there will be any type of reasonable drop rate, but it might be cool to see him in action...

Only the top 1% of players will have him, so unless you're on a mega-whale server you won't see any for a while. If you players with max Sun Fac then you probably will see him.
