Emperor Palpatine Mods post rework
How are you all modding EP post rework? I’m looking for arena viability. Was thinking 4 x CD mods and 2 Potency with focus on speed and potency . Thoughts?

That's pretty much what he should be modded even before the rework. The problem is he still seems too squishy. Without a solid tank with autotaunt he goes down by the second round.
