The other pair that could fit perfectly is Nihilus and Sion.
Savage is pointless there.
Shoretrooper might be useful sometimes but pretty situational - the team relies on controlling opponents rather than survivability.

My nihilus is g11 but only 5*, Sion is 2 and traya 6 but neither have any gear yet so seriously neglected!
Savage was just because I'd heard he was a unit at higher gears and he would probably be my 5th slot in a traya squad
