Empire possibly viable with magma trooper?
Just my 2 cents on magma trooper but he's got some nice turn meter manipulation and if paired with a max Tarkin as speed leader and royal gaurd and maybe a glass cannon or two for slots 4 & 5 on paper...

I would say Vader should be your primary option for the 5th spot before Tarkin for sure.
