bastila is way better, if you don't use her with darth revan. Because she's much better with DR then with palp

You are building an empire team, not a Palp team.

If you read BSF's kit you will see why it is a no-brainer to put her in there instead of Tarkin. The shock synergy between the 2 should probably be the 1st reason actually. BSF can turn EP into a Gatlin Gun that shoots lightning.
