I like the event. It's just (1) too easy, and (2) level locked. I have plenty of 7* chars, why level lock the final two tiers at 80? :( Just make the event harder, so you legitimately need decent gear/lvl 80 7* characters, rather than level-locking the last tiers. Why are lower level players locked out of 7*ing this new character?
