Evasion and Savage

I think it's stupid that Old Ben, Count Dooku, and Luminera can have their leader abilities evade Savage Opresses finishing blow. "It says cannot be evaded."

This needs fixed ASAP. People rely on that ability when they drop someone's health real low. That needs a buff.

It wouldn't hurt either to have a better leader ability but this needs fixed first.
