They aren't going to happen at all, they are event only.

Marquee events don't have specific requirements. You get the character at 2* or 3* and then wait 3 months for it to become farmable (or buy the shards). The packs are already described in the update notes.

So I would say wicket/MT is not the new norm for character releases just a different way of releasing them. More have been released not with heroic or monthly events than with even taking out the TB released characters.

So I would say wicket/MT is not the new norm for character releases just a different way of releasing them. More have been released not with heroic or monthly events than with even taking out the TB released characters.

You do know starck was day one Free to play cause he is in guild shipments and hermit yoda and wampa are in the new Currency For TBs and TWs. so they are free to play. Also the cadence has always been 3 to 4 months for a release of a toon then going to Free to play.

Ah forgot about them and I was expecting KRU and the pilot to be released in this update that's why I was curious about the release cadence.

The cadence is 4/6 weeks to chromium and 4/6 weeks to farmable. So that's a maximum of 3 months

There is the random 5-330 shards for crystals and it looks like there is a buy me now pack for shards and $$.
