Executrix speed - what drives it?

It would be great to get my Tarkin ship to use his ultimate special first. But I can’t figure out howto improve its stat. My imperial assault skill wasat 3 and an opponent was at 1 - he went first ...

    Some ships feed TM to the capital ship. You also need Tarkin fully upgraded, omega'd, and zeta'd with lvl15 5 dot mods to absolutely max his speed.
