Ezra's unique ability

Question

So i have an issue understanding ezra's unique ability as far as how it affects his attack power. Does it work on all the Phoenix allies? And why doesn't it look like he is doing more damage over time? I mean if he is supposed to get offense boost stacking you'd think he'd be doing more damage as battles carry out but unless I'm not reading it right it seems like it's not functioning properly

Ive also never noticed any difference, you'd think he'd be hitting super hard by the end of the fight

Yes it is shared with all Phoenix (stacking offense)Don't have an answer to your second question , maybe try it on 1x speed and take a video? Or write down the numbers and check?
