JTR's main purpose these days is to beat the crap out of Nihilus in the Sith raid. You can do that now with Embo-led bounty hunters or, to a lesser extent, Bastila/GMY led Jedi, so she isn't as essential as she used to be.
Combined with the fact that Revan is more versatile and much easier to farm for, I'd go for him.
