For Revan you need Bastila, Jolee, T3M4, Mission Vao, and Zaalbar. All of those have been farmable since before his event ran the first time.
It does seem likely that we'll be getting a Darth Revan that requires Badstila, Canderous, Carth, Juhani, and either Jedi Revan or maybe a reworked HK47 for the 5th, but since none of them are farmable outside shipments yet, that's presumably at least a few weeks off yet.
