Cassians U-Wing is a hard farm purely because of Jyn only being available in Guild Currency store. I spent any currency I had whenever she'd show up and it took a few months to 7* her. The ship itself is easy, could 7* it in about a month if you crystal refresh your Cantina energy.
K2 is easy as well, about 3 wks 0-330 shards.
Cassian you're going to have to sacrifice much better characters in Squad Store to get him.
