Your question is too broad.. better for what exactly, because most of each of the factions you listed could be said to be the best depending on the situation. Example: empire, arenaResistance: LS territory battle

It's a hard decision between Droids and Troopers, but I've gotta give it to Droids. HK-led Droid team was the most fun I've had playing Arena in this game by a long way, and I really hope they finally rework them so I can use them again.

Some of my favourite droids are: Grievous, R2, And BB8 even though I only have grievous out of those three. I am a fan of the clone wars but in my opinion “It’s A Trap!!”

I only picked rebels because I use them in arena, but to be honest my favourites are: sith, Galactic Republic, Empire, Droids, And bounty hunters

Hmm...favourite faction...before I started playing I'd have said Sith but not so much these days. I use a Rebel team mostly because they're quality.

I think my favourite faction is one I've never used - Imperial Troopers. Itching to get started on them but farming for JTR right now. But they look quality. And I'm down with the Empire more than Sith per se.
