Finished Phoenix - What's next ?

The issue I’m having is not Phoenix killing me, it’s that I can’t kill them in 5 minutes. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or I need better gear or maybe better mods or both but found the team is virtually indestructible, it’s just a 5 minute stalemate then a draw, my acolyte doesn’t do enough dmg (I think because she’s low lvl and doesn’t have the double attack yet), Talzin is useless because I can’t plague them, Daka is not really a damage dealer, and the zombie also doesn’t do much dmg. The only time I win is once they’ve killed my zombie so much after 4 minutes Ventress starts literally one shotting them one by one, but because I was dumb and took my zombie to g8 and 6 stars, it can take a while to do that, if they even manage to kill him enough at all.
Do you have any advice as I could be doing something wrong from a strategic perspective ? What I usually do is I try and get rid of Chopper first ( I used to do Hera and Ezra but they just keep healing and resisting too much and chopper taunting and dispelling every turn was annoying, then once Chopper is out it gets a lot easier, I pretty much just ignore Kanan but sometimes I’ll kill him too if he gets low enough that I can use Talzin’s special, otherwise I go for Hera so she stops reviving and then Ezra dies really fast if Hera and Chopper aren’t around, Zeb is usually last because he seems to be just as tanky as the chopper and kanan but doesn’t do as much. Failing all of that, once zombies died 10 times Ventress starts taking out 50% of Kanans HP with one hit and her special nearly one shots all of them so that’s good
