Finn omicron and sniper droids
Sniper droids prevent revives and are very common in LSTB. Will this effectively render the new omicron worthless or will this outweigh that and still revive them between phases?

The wording says "at the start of the encounter, revive all resistance allies" which presumably means at the start of each wave? In which case how does one kill an enemy before the start of the encounter?
