He has a chance to expose someone at the end of every turn. Seems like it would be strong.

It was brought up earlier, but it turns out that he doesn't really fit. Everytime an exposed character is attacked, the resistance allies get 35% TM and their cooldowns are refreshed. This means that once the team gets rolling, any non-resistance ally and all of your enemies are going to frozen in TM time essentially. Mace does have an Expose where Rey does not, but Rey will be getting TM much faster than Mace will, AND whenever Foresight expires she'll gain advantage and her next hit will be a crit. With Poe, RT, Finn and RP all able to expose, there's already enough exposed enemies to give the team ample amounts of TM. Not to mention that RT gains 55% TM whenever someone becomes exposed, and will also get the 35% TM when that exposed character is attacked. Thats 90% TM with just one expose. RP gains 25% whenever she dodges (65% chance to get foresight from special) and whenever she gets a crit so she can gain 25% TM with any hit she does, and her basic also has a 55% chance to grant her 35% TM. The reality is that, if you put anyone else in for Rey, they aren't gonna move in raids or GW. The only reason you'd be switching someone else in is for Arena, and Mace probably isn't your best option as a dispeller, as RT can already single target dispel, and apply expose with his special, which will then have essentially no cooldown.

Edit: Smapty uses Asajj in his team with Finn, Poe, RT, RP for AOE fast dispel to stop tenacity up. He has some videos posted on the second page of this thread towards the bottom.
