When it comes to defense, Kylo is pretty good because the AI really can't mess up there. It uses his AOE whenever it's available, so it doesn't matter who the target is. FOST is necessary on defense, since KRU under the AI doesn't always taunt (it uses his lifesteal attack whenever available). FOO is also necessary for the turnmeter manipulation, and the AI does a decent job with it... not great, but not a disaster.
For the 5th spot...I would probably use FOTP. High damage and meshes well with everything else.
