For tw defense purposes, the current favorite is zKRU/zFOST/Kylo/Executioner/Zarris. It has a ton of survivability, and the AI can't screw it up, unlike any configuration with FOO or FOSF. Kylo will feed tons of TM to the squad by spamming his aoe, which also won't trigger any on-crit abilities like Rex leads, Zarris unique, etc.
Without Zarris, drop in FOO for the extra TM/buffs, or FOSF. FOTP, even at g12, is far too squishy for defense purposes long-term, since he'll just be picked off early.
