First Order vs Nightsisters: whose Best and Easiest to farm for GA Defence

Both teams can also solo the Rancor raid, which is great. And do major damage in HAAT. NS are more viable for the Sith Raid, but FO can still be useful in Phase 4 once Nihilus is dead.
