Fleet Dodging
I am not saying there is a bug - and this is crazy hard to test - but in the last few days I have started noticing an unusually high amount of dodges. Not on Phantom or Falcon either. I had HT dodge 4x attacks in a row. Technically that could just be RNG. But it feels like its more. There is one guy that I have been facing that runs Xanadu Blood, but that may be nothing.
As far as I know, depending on which ships are present breach should reduce evasion, offense or crit chance. Am I missing one? EDIT: Also reduces armor, resistance and speed, generally.
I think there used to be a bug where breach reduced accuracy?
Like I said it could be nothing but please keep an eye out.
