- Wai,
He does not do damage because they are immune to mass damage effects. Iirc - I know Annihilate is worded a bit differently because for normal characters it "instantly defeats" instead of "deals massive damage", but it still does damage to raid bosses. Shouldn't massive damage be the same as Annihilate and cap at 99,999 damage?
- But it should do damage when toppled....no?
- Nope, exploding ipd is a waste against raid bosses
- @TheBatman annihilate deals no damage to a char, just defeats them, and has a clause for raid bosses only that it deals 99,999, Ipd deals massive damage, Raid bosses are immune to mass damage effects.
- cronosurielNew SpectatorI agree getting no damage from an explosion makes zero sense but that's the way it's been designed.
- Same happens with Savage's special when the boss is under whatever health is required, just a normal attack.
- crzydroidRetired HeroI think the "while not toppled" only applies to the first sentence about 5% tm and a bonus action. The "in addition" stuff would then be always. But I can see where the wording could lead one to think all the effects are only while not toppled.
- Thank you for the feedback
