What's more is that I've tried to calculate soft max for your league, and it seems like your opponent is below that, so while they did better than you, it still means they are losing banners somewhere. I would expect most cheaters to hit soft max at least.
Like others have said, you can always wait until the history goes up, but I don't feel like they're failing any "smell test" based on what you've shown.
Thanks for the reply. Here is how their Bounty Hunters look like in general, as well as some of the characters you have mentioned. I've got to say his mods are...not good - quite random and not upgraded and several missing important secondaries like Speed. I can't do an exhaustive comparison here, of course.
