Crew member GP is very easy to calculate. Just take the character GP for the crewmember and multiply it by the ship's star rating bonus (1.5x at 7*, for example). For ships with two crew members, each one is also multiplied by 0.6. For ships with three crew members, each one is also multiplied by 0.4.
