So, I don’t get it, is the complaint that you can’t win a mirror match against a faster fleet? Or is it that you’re losing the Bistan coin toss? Or are you using HMF, Biggs and HT?
If it’s the first case, mirror matches are generally losses if you have a speed deficit. You’re actually only winning because of good RNG.
If it’s the second case, then you’re using a highly RNG dependent fleet while complaining about RNG. So, yeah.
If it’s the third case, Bistan fleets are a counter to HT, so you probably should switch your fleet up. As a note, Bistan fleets are very squishy and rely on outspeeding the enemy fleet before they die. There are 7 ships to pick from that are faster than Bistan (the fastest ship in his fleet).
If you really are having that hard of a time climbing, and your fleets really are all maxed out, I’d try swapping out for a fleet that can beat Bistan on offense, then switch to your Bistan fleet for defense.
