They don't nerf your hero, they tweak the AI. It's a loophole they added and admitted a long time back. First they did this in GW now where ever. Like when RJT squads destroyed STR they were changed via the AI so their stats elsewhere were uneffected. If you check the stats on GG nothing has changed, but his effectiveness will vary elsewhere.
