I have him 7* completely maxed out (literally can't put any more gear on). Still terrible lol. I even got him before fleet shipments came out so i really wanted him just to have him even though i knew he was bad. Along with better stats he needs a vastly improved ability set. He needs an ability kit that makes him actually feared by other players. There's quiet a few good rework ideas for Grievous on the forums that the devs could use some stuff from. I just hope he gets reworked before The Last Jedi comes out and FO and Resistance get their faction passes which means we'll have to wait until after that for a grievous rework otherwise.
