General Kenobi not losing Taunt
I run CLS, Chaze, Thrawn, and Han Solo in Arena, so there're three toons with a Dispell. I frequently fight Bastila Jedi right now, often as Bastila (L), GK, GMY, HY, and Ezra. After Han, my first too...

I always stun GMY first to avoid that Foresight on the first round. I know it's hitting because he loses the Taunt and gains Tenacity Down, but doesn't gain Buff Immunity.
Maybe it's trying to apply buff immunity first, which fails due to the tenacity of Bastila. Then it applies tenacity down, which doesn't need to pass a tenacity/potency check, so that sticks. Still base chance of 15% to resist even with tenacity down too.
