I'm not certain because there's no Ally slot technically, but since he's needed for the Geonosis Territory Battle--which also doesn't have Ally slots--that's probably not an issue.

But if you read the summon ability closely, you'll see that you can only ever have one Brute at a time. The second sentence states that if there's already a Brute, instead of summoning a new one the existing one gets Offense Up and Crit Up and...... Something else. I only noticed it because the wording was pretty wonky and had to read those first two sentences a bunch of times to figure it out.
