Geonosian ships question

For 5-x I would expect both pilots and ships to be max * & level, with the pilots as highly geared as you can get them.

Waiting for Tarkin's Tie Party is generally not a good strategy. You can't find a way to break the enemy's starting lineup?

That battle requires a specific strategy. There’s another post on the forums that says how to do it, but essentially you want to bring in TIE Advanced, Scimitar, and a weaker ship than Scimitar under Home One. Then hope scimitar doesn’t get killed during the first volley. If Scimitar survives, use it to put counter on TIE Advanced and let the TIEs counter themselves to death.

Hound and itis simple. 3 star works

I did them all using g11 gen pilots, and with spy & sun facs ship abilities omegad. Key to finishing though was changing capital ship - home one apart when facing tarkin, and I needed to use tarkin too.

This guy gets it. No need for a sacrificial lamb - hounds tooth at 3* will draw the ire of the enemy fleet, and then proceed to shrug off all those attacks.

I did it before I had geos but can clear the Hard nodes with Tooth (G11 5* Bossk) and geos (7*)(Soldier G11, Spy and Sun Fac G10) with typically Vader as first reinforcement. Will need a little more on Tooth before I can get 3 stars on each though.

They're a great investment. I was lucky to get in on them on the ground floor when 2.0 came out. The new ships have made them a little weaker, but they're still good enough for top 20 on my leaderboard at least.
